Ascendoraq operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with projects in the real estate sector in Argentina. Our services include: the publication of investment opportunities in real estate projects, the facilitation of collaborative investments through fund contributions, the monitoring of the status and evolution of funded projects, and the distribution of returns according to the terms of each project.

2. Usage requirements

To use Ascendoraq's services, you must: be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract in the Argentine Republic, provide truthful and current information at the time of registration, and comply with all provisions of these Terms and applicable legislation.

3. Registration and account

To invest through the platform, it is necessary to create a personal account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Investments and risks

Investments made through Ascendoraq are subject to risks inherent to the real estate market and the crowdlending model. We do not guarantee specific returns. Published returns are estimates based on projections and do not constitute a promise of performance. Invested capital may be affected by factors such as market variations, construction delays, regulatory changes, or developer non-compliance. Each project has specific terms and conditions that you must read and accept before investing.

5. Ascendoraq's obligations

We commit to: operating the platform with diligence and good faith, publishing clear and accurate information about each investment project, managing funds in accordance with the terms established for each project, timely reporting on the status and evolution of projects, and complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and their compilation, is the property of Ascendoraq or its licensors and is protected by Argentine intellectual property laws (Law 11,723) and applicable international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

Ascendoraq shall not be liable for: losses arising from investments made through the platform, service interruptions due to causes beyond our control, damages caused by computer viruses or other harmful technological elements, or investment decisions made by users based on published information.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with both parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
